Dinner at Park & Sixth in Jersey City. This is my favorite line from their list of house “rules”. PS dinner was ridiculous. So good.

Cheese straws. Mmmm. Hopefully the ghosts that supposedly haunt this place won’t steal them! (Taken with Instagram at The Olde Pink House)

Day Boat Scallops, White Bean & Sage Puree, Bean Broth. In the mason jar (!) is a sampling of NJ’s own: River Horse. I believe it’s their Summer Blonde.
Park & Sixth in Jersey City, NJ. Shot for Jersey City Digest. 02.16.12
Sidenote: This dish is part of their “Small Plates Menu”. The owner/chef is one a hell of a guy and a remarkable talent. The flavors and textures he created are out of this world. Every item I’ve ever eaten from him is a 10+/10.
